Nokia 6101 don't flash ,,please help - GSM-Forum

Hi everybody,,,i have one problem with 6101..after little water damage this 6101 freeze and had same problems,,after rehot phone dead and don't flash.I trying reball flash ic ,UEM and UPP ,phone now still dead,I trying flash but UFS notice this :

Check the flash ic, wheather you fix it correctly ( try to apply more paste and heat) other wise change flash ic
