But why did they shut down the perfectly working old version before the new one is ready?

Bad environment -1 (bad driver) current usb not authorized SYS: 2.6.0 DLL 3.1.1.19 please install usb driver..I reinstalled all the drivers but nothing happen.. and when I press ok (access violation at address 00000 read 00000) appears..help please

This HWK Suite Setup worked for me.
Uninstall all UFSx staff (drivers and support suite) from control panel and restart your pc. install UFSx_Support_Suite_Setup_v02.03.00.02. When the setup asks to install new driver ignore it and complete the installation. Now go to C:\Program Files\SarasSoft\UFS\UFS_USB_Driver and manually install the box driver (INSTALL_32_XP_Vista_W7). Connect your box and start UFSx control panel. The box should be detected and selected. Click Check Box. At this level if the computer hangs, (it is what happened to my Windows XP) disconnect the box and reconnect. Click Update Box. Follow the rest of the instructions from HWK Suite Setup. Make sure you have an active internet connection.
The installation is challenging.

Thanks got it working now after I ignored the new driver installation. But the problem now is when I restart the pc it goes back with the same problem. And I tried to update the box but it says Not authorized server reported error..no more upgrade logs contact reseller
