| pls anyone can help me with my ufs3 i bought tonado ufs3.i was given the cd too.when i connet the ufs3 box windows only says found new driver ( usb<>serial) and not ufs box.i dont have any idea as to what to do.i only have ufs3 drivers on the cd and not usb<>serial.pls help me |

1- When Windows show new hardware...and the wizard setup appear, you should'nt choose autor...choose install from a list or...instead. Browse the CD to USB driver (some where in your CD), Click OK. Ignore microsoft warning, choose continuous anyway- OK. Your PC will recognize the box. 2- Install the main soft first then connect your box later, do the same, but browse to C  rogram file\sarasoft\USB driver, all will be OK.Goodluck, PS: Announce the result, Please | |
