I can not flash rm 115 nokia 6131 I can read phone information but when try with check bottom it apear "rebooting mobile"
"unexpected exception error 11121-0197" same happend whit nokia 5300 and more would you please help me?

i ve recently purchased hwk ufs micro. i installed it with specified procedure and installed v2.0.6 but after installing it gives me following errors.
1. when i connect any mobile like 1100 it don give me anything when i press check button
2. when i press info button it shows me the info
3. when i press flash button it again give me first boot error.
plz help me. screen shots are attached here/

UFSX is the best. try to understand step by step, follow the sarasoft web and take it easy.

1 -uninstall all old version of hwk( hwk suite 2.0.6.0) mean hwk suite and
hwk support.
2 -open web sarasoft download hwk support 2.0.7.0, install in your pc
3 -after finished install rum update client
4 -when finished update your ufsx box, press support button you can open
web sarasoft for download new hwk suite.

** if not yet update box you can not press support button.

sir, I have downloaded and installed hwk_support_suite_setup_v02.07.000.exe, and I've been trying to launch update client without success, even with the net connection ON, the update client displays "can't open internet URL. Internet OpenURL failed.".
could anyone please guide me what's the problem.l
