Using windows 8 recently bought HP pavilion but UFS3 installation and after getting errors

App: UFSx (HWK) Control Panel v 2.3.0.5 by SarasSoft
CPU: AuthenticAMD

I have more than Tornado Buckeyes can not identify it on the computer because of a problem in the EEPROM Box
Is there a way to write a new EEPROM ??

Are your box detected by PC?, check your device manager on controlpanel. What kind device is detecting?

Last two weeks i can't use my TORNADO HWK UFS3. It was running good. After setup win7 again, i can't update. All necessary file downloaded by Panel 2306. Software authorized. Support a/c ok. After 15% update, it shows:

Support: Account Ok
REST: Ok
UFSx: UFS3 SarasSoft, USB S/N: 80xxx
NVML: Ok
BOOT: UFxBoot V2.2 (c) SarasSoft 2003.
CORE: UFS_USB V2.8 (c) SarasSoft 2007.
SERN: 80xxx
LIC5: True
BOXK: 0
UFxBoot V2.2 (c) SarasSoft 2003., Id: 62 CF 1 10
UFS_USB V2.8 (c) SarasSoft 2007., Sn: 80961
HID: 203xxxxxxxxxxxxx, HWK: A1.04-PRO1
LIC: TRUE
Authentication stage error: Server reported error: No more upgrade logs. Please contact your reseller!

i used my box UFS3 Tornado 3 years ago and now i checked it today. it showed the message

Bad HID and also LICS: False.

it worked fine for two years. and now it is showing this message

hi friends i have an error opening Samsung tool's andr tab!
all other tab like one-c Trident m46/Sp swift etc are opens fine but
andr tab not working when i click on andr tab then Qc/Bc tab opns
what to do? plz help me
