Does anybody know if there is a way that you can run your PC antivirus scan to cover the cellular connected to Tornado !!

Does anyone know, when after flash imei will be ??????????????? ?I'm going to flash my 6310i but don't know will imei after normal flash(MCU+PPM)will be blasted.
I'm new in GSM.Please help.
