replace Flash IC, good luck !

check the connection first,maybe lost contact during flashing the phone.

i too have this problem, flashed multiple times and was no problem but today 4 pcs and cannot done even one with tornado. firmware was 6.11. it's not problem with the phone cause with griffin i flashed it without problem.

Just Use Ufs DCTX_1.3_M installer and all ok!
