Samsung x600 problems

Hi,

I hope sobebody has a clue what this can be.
I've got two x600 to unlock and flash language.

One of these was done perfectly and working fine.
Second one is making problems.
I have unlocked it without problems. Mobile info also worked fine.
I flashed mcu part fine, but can not write tfs.
Can not format nand. If I turn off "format nand" option and try to write tfs,
it shows following:

TFS File: X600_TMO_1016.tfs CheckSum: 22C4ABFE
CFG File: X600_TMO_1016.cfg 9763 byte(s)
Flash Device: Samsung KBB06A500_T
Baud Rate Set: 115200 bps
TFS Version : TFS3.0_E700_0001
Directories : 25
Max_Files : 200
Write_Version Failed:
TFS Write Failed, at: 0x00000000

I tried with all available speeds, with or without loader 3.3 option, with all sam_ufs versions (1.4 o, p, q). Always the same.
Tried with alone option "format nand", nothing.
And the problem is now bigger, because "mobile info" option don't work.
Can not enter tat mode. Mobile is being turning on and off several times before I get "Failed to enter TAT mode: 3".

I am doing this without battery as always, but I tried with, also. Can not enter tat. Tried tricks connecting-disconnecting cable, pushing "power on" button, nothing helps.

Tried again first x600, everything fine. Phone read ok.

Then, I switched to old methods. Com port cable and ust pro. Can not enter tat mode. Can not write good eeprom.

Tried with downloader 3.3. Detect flash ok, but can not write tfs.
Shows "invalid ack 57".

I can switch it on, but it shows only that t-mobile picture (this is starting picture also on first x600), and switch off the display light.
It is charging battery when put on charger cable.

I am wondering why can't I get mobile info in sam_ufs any more. How come I can not enter tat mode?

So, what can it be?
Does anybody have a solution?

Thank you very much.

I don't think I understand you.
Yes, now it shows startup picture and hangs.
Problem is because I can not get "mobile info" in ufs, and not able to flash tfs.
I am sorry if my post is too long.
