some problems with update - GSM-Forum

hi , I have one problem with update of tornado box.
This is steps I make
1. install 1.2m
2. update firmware with req.fbi
3. was created xxxxx.req ( xxxxx is my serial number )
4. i receive from reseler file xxxxx.fbi
5. update firmware ( my mistake ) with req.fbi again....should i update xxxxx.fbi not req.fbi
6. update corectly with xxxxx.fbi
7. mesage was "box_key updated"

now my box works when i push connect and say license true but after 3 sec error..if i clik ok..box work without any special problems(just few hang up of PC when i close program)
What can i do to not receive any more that message with error?

I try with new sw for ericsson and message is: "selected device, not compatible with software"..any ideea?
