BT loader fault. Try to skip BT flashing, or reinstal DCTx 1.3b.

That's the reason why I want to flash phone , BT is not working .
The whole story is that that 3650 was fully working phone v2.50 and I wanted to uprgrade to v4.17 . I was getting that error even then when phone was working ok , than I tried with Griffin and nothing just error BDBDADAD ??? . At the end I flashed phone to v4.17 with Prodigy ang got BT not working , everyting else is ok .

Yes, sure, cloned prodigy can't flash BT. They implemented BT flashing in last version

flash with erase file and then writer full flash with bt your problem will solve.post your result

I tried that already and even than Tornado ( neither Griffin ) can not flash the phone

try use csserase.pmm

if u can flash using prodigy, the hardware of the phone is ok, and it should be also ok if flashing using tornado or griffin.

it might be cable problem, use cable with correct resistor.
get the cable schematic from support area.

No the cable is ok . The problem is in w2_cusb.fia
, if you try to flash only PPM UFS and Griffin will flash normaly

Replacing BT module might help.

try to flash this phone with ver 4.13 as more of new version for mob have bug so the best version for 3650 is 4.13
