t610 empty board 4 lock closed with R4C003

hi poeple,
please explain me how I can flash new sw R4C003 on empty board T610.My phone have R1L013 and I want flashing with R4C003 because this version is beter, but after flashing I get 4 locks closed. How I can rapair this problem but with R4C003 version.
I try more solution but still get 4 locks closed.

I use UFS-3, soft Ericsson RTP UFS v2.5_g on Windows XP.

Please explain me step by step

Yes, I flash fullgdfs and after that, I go with Init Sec Blk and enter orig IMEI, result stil 4 lock closed, I try with flashing but uncheck options Protect Sa When Flashing Gdfs but still 4 lock closed. I try solutions with Restore Sa but not help.

hepened to me several times,i didn`t solved problem with ufs(some people are talking it could be done),i think OTP imei problem...
but divUSB, or fighter finished JOB

Div usb can solved problem only when flash it with patched R1L013 but with SW update, u get 4 lock closed and cannot reset with divusb

SE Fighter is another story, with SE Figter You can play with all version

But UFS-3, this is question?
Some poeple say that UFS can reset 4 lock closed on empty board when flash high version, but I cannot see any post where this poeple explain how is make this with UFS
