Ufs-2 - - No Support From Reseller!!! - GSM-Forum

Hi Friends

Please Anyone Can Help Me?

I Have Bought Ufs-2 Box From An Official Reseller From Ufs-2 Website

Till Now I Can Say That I Have Almost Not Get Any Support From Him.

There Are Also Things Missing In The Package I Bought (250 Us$)

1. Cables Missing
2. Opening Tool For 7650 Missing
3. Cd Of Software And Flashes Missing

I Have Talked To Ufs2falsher, He Said That He Has Already Talked To The Reseller And That I Can Get
All The Missing Things Missing From Him. He Asked Me To Contact The Reseller.

But Till Now, The Reseller Is Not Replying To My Emails And Messages On His Mobile.

He Is Not Replying To Any Questions I Am Asking.

He Is Just Ignoring Me.

I Don't Even Know If He Is Sending Me The Missing Things Or Not.

I Trust The Manufacturer But Not The Reseller From Whom I Bought The Box

Furtermore I Think He Sold A Used Box With Me. I Have Asked To Ufs-2

As On The Website It Should Be Written On The Box As In The Pictures But On Mine Nothing Written
I Think It's Hte First Version. I Know It Is Upgradable With New Firmware.

But I Think The Manufacturer Should Be A Bit More Selective In The Choice Of His Resellers.

I Can Name The Reseller Here But I Will Not Do It Now
I Will Wait Till He Replies To Me.

Ufs2flasher, Thanks For The Help And The Mail That You Sent Me
But Sorry To Tell You That Your Reseller That You Asked Me To Contact Again Is Not Replying To My
Mails.

Till Now, I Got Nothing.

Please Look Into The Matter Once More Personnaly.

whats the color of your box?? is it gold or white?? and first digit of your S/N??
as to flash files, you can download it from support site i think...
how bout cables you got with the box?? how many pcs all for NKI, ERIC, SAM and ACER??

COLOUR - it's white ( NOT GOLD )

for MOTOROLA i got 1 cable - XY-AT155 MOT T191/T190

FOR SE I GOT 1 CABLE - RTM611103 31000164 ( USED CABLE )

FOR SAMSUNG I GOT 1 CABLE ONLY - XY-AT155 SAM R200

FOR NOKIA I GOT 15 CABLES - 5100, 7210, 3310, 8850, 3650, 3210, 3510,
N-GAGE, 6600, 3300, 6800, 8910, 6650, 7650,
9210.

S/N --- (FIRST DIGIT ) 4

Please tell me if i should get only the things listed above.

I have a NOKIA 6100 at my place which i should unlock and i can't because i don't have cable for it.

For the flash files i agree with you that i can download them from support page
But, i have only a VERY SLOW MODEM connection of 56k. so it is not that evident to download flash files easily. But never mind i can manage for the downloads.

Please my friend tell me if i was cheated or not?
i repeat that i trust the manufacturer but not the reseller from which i bought the box.

Please help

You got a lots of stuff for 250$!
Noone who gives boxes for that money can't give good support!
And all cables, and all cd-s!

are you sure my friend that i got lot of stuffs for that money?

i was suppposed to get the gold box, the new one
i got a used white box,the first version. and missing cables and other stuffs.

just visit www.ufs-2.com please and check also other places where you can buy UFS-2 tornado flasher then you tell me if i rally got a lot of stuff for that price.

today my reseller contacted me on phone. he has said to me that he will be sending the new box and the missing things as quickly as possible.

Thanks to everyone.

i will let you all of you informed about the matter as it goes by. someone has told me that i can trust my reseller if he has phoned me to say that he is sending the things to me. I am very thankful to him also. he has helped me a lot.

Hi there, Actually I'm having the same problem as u. I'm getting the Whit box(1st version) too. I bought for aroung RM1600(USD418)!!!! My reseller is refusing to do anything. I'm very very angry with him

!! I wanna XXXXXX him

!! I bought the box as the reason you did. Maybe the UFS2 should do something on this. Can anyone tell me what can I do now?

There are no two different types of boxes!!!!!!
There are no earlier and newer boxes guys.Of course your resseler don't want to give you the other box!He propabely thinks that you are joking with him!

hi there, if there is no difference, then why is it has two colour gold and white. Anf why my reseller is not giving me any cds as stated in the ufs2 webpage? And why Ufs2 don't standard it with one one colour box like Griffin gold? If thy are the same then I think my reseller is selling his own used set to me without any CDs and thing not in full package! Right?

with the standard packing and outlook of the thing. Espeacilly for new user! The advertising and the real things are diffrence. If u are one of us, then I'm very sure u will be an idiot like us!!!

The only thing that change between the 2 boxes (as you said) is the BOX (the colour & probably the design)!
The 2 "different" boxes are exaclty the same on the functions that can do!

Think for a moment Griffin Plastic,Gold & Gold Aluminium!
3 of them if are fully activated can do exactly the same things
