UFS-3 update fail - GSM-Forum

first of all hi guys and it's very nice to join the team !!

please while trying to help me with my problem please don't ask me to contact my reseller cause he's not available to me !!

anyway this is the screen I've got first

after I close it and and re-open the update client this is what I get when I hit the [Start HWK update] button:

Box is New! Contact Your Reseller.Is best option you have.

Please don't say that I live in Syria and there's not that much support in my country
I have to depend on my self to solve my problem.

Sorry! I only try Help You.Contact Reseller is not complicate Brother!
You only send one e-mail with situation and he can help you.But I Can
Put this Box work (If don't have any Problem and HWK is Original) First
If you have any Antivirus and Firewall in Computer, Disable or Remove.
Close all Programs in Running in Cumputer.See in Device Manager if
Drivers is OK (With Box connected to Computer). After try update.

after a unsuccesfull update(server down) you must wait atleast 24 hours to give it a try again.

this is what happened after an unsuccessful update I had an error:

AUTH_error : 20

I did try another box and it did update but this one doesn't

these are my PC pres:

-windows XP sp3 Pro
- no antivirus installed yet.
- my box is original it costed arround 150 USD
- HWK was downloaded from the official website.
- firewall is not blocking the UFS or HWK connection since it had updated befor.
- I had an error: AUTH_error : 20

Brother! Run HWK Update Client and Press Update Firmware.This solve Situation. You can see here in Video.

thank u so much for the great help all what u listed I did try and still get this message while trying to connect:

and when I try to connect again still gives me this error:
