UFS problem with 7610

look the attachment image.

the message appearence then I try to flashing the 7610

Any solution?

Use Shorter USB cable, and Shorter 7610 service cable.
Cause its USB powered, some power is lost through long cables.

Or using on a powered hub may help too

Is it the first one you've done?
If not, then it maybe a hardware fault on the phone.

thanks, but I don't think that there is problem with cable.
My cable is normal size.

try to Erase flash first and try to flash it again ....

try to flash mcu.then flash ppm.i had a7650 that had a similar problem and i flash it one at time and it worked.try it.

erase flash file, flash mcu+ppm..

you better sure that your cable is good.

erase flash afterwards reflash mcu+ppm write a good pm.Format user area and do full defaults.
