Sir,

I have ufs-2 and it was working fine till all last versions.
however after i updated to version 1.22 or the later ones, this was the error i got:-

UFxBoot V2.2 (c) SarasSoft 2003. Id: 62 CF 0
UFS_USB V2.5 (c) SarasSoft 2003. S/n: xxxx //i have changed s/n
Licence: True

After this a dialog box appeared stating :=
unexpected exception: BOX_AUTH_ERROR : xx .

on trying to connect again , i got a same error with xx changed.

i can connect other softwares except DCTX and ATRZ successfully.

ATRZ shows "selected device incompatible with software"

I contacted my dealer he told that it is due to bad upgrade of box.
but i never tried to upgrade the box. I only upgraded the software..
PLEASE HELP.

Need Fbi update again, ask ur reseller to get fbi file calculated for ur box(send him ur req file)

first of all guys thnx for ur great support.

now for the problem.. well i read here on the site that i dont need a box upgrade for using the new version of software. so what about that?

When you buy new box all is update no headache.

1- Please post screenshot with the error

then we will have bigger chances to see the exact problem.

Till now seems Hams is right: you need to update the box (you need .fbi file for it).

well btw.. i encountered new error yesterday while i tried to connect - disconnect and reconnect.....

1) Bad Response
2) BOX_AUTH_ERROR: S/N NOT VALID: CONTACT DEALER
3) BOX_AUTH_ERROR: XXX (xxx changed everytym)

buddy, i asked firmware version not software version.

what is this error u talking about gobi?? and how does it relate to change my box.. i mean i did nothing like that which can lead to destruction of my box.
please tell me about the error u talking about.
about the screen shot .. i will attach it rightaway.

Did you try to Update Firmware with your old sn.fbi ?

If can not do that, I think you must return box to your reseller for another box. Cos as usual, BOX_AUTH_ERROR: S/N must be true. When SN change everytime, I think problem is Box hardware damage.
