hello all my experts brothers i have tornado ufs 3 i formatted my pc yesterday and now when i am going to update this its showing not authorised so what i will have to do for this

My ufs panel hangs while updating the box. Tried many times on windows xp as well as windows 7. Same problem occurs each time.
When the panel says "Wait, getting data...." , software hangs & only USB led (red) continuously on. Need to unplug the box to avoid panels' hanging.
When I unplug the box, software says, "GetftddeviceDescription - Device not found ..."

What should I do????

its happened with me also yesterday and today i got success it is just server problem my dear friend just wait or update it when internet users are close their surfing or when the network is fast

i updat ok 2.3.0 butn it say UFxBoot V2.2 (c) SarasSoft 2003.
