i have try with no antivirus for unistall old files but authentication problem at all. I have try SarasSoft Emergency Cleanup and other methods with no luck but it is not my big problem, my realy big problem is that i am trying on an ather pc windows 7 64 bit for a new clean setup with no luck agean, i have also try before with hwk support suite setup v02.03.000 - boy 9440, no luck.

This is my problem. Anyone can help to solve? I want my n-box working again.
I test in 2 pc's. Only with win xp I can update the program, but the box don't work.

My problem is that after installation,
DCTxBB5 tab isn't showing English language.
Its only showing unknown language, question marks everywhere.
