I used the following procedure:

1.DOWNLOAD THE FILE
2.INSTALL HWK SUPPORT SUITE
3.WHEN YOU UPDATE YOUR BOX YOU FACE THE UPER ERROR.
4.OPEN MY FILE THEN UPDATE BOX HERE MANUALY
5.THEN INSTALL MAZOR SUITE
6.NOW U CAN ENJOY YOUR CLONE BOX WITH HIER VERSON OF HWK V2.2.0.0
CLICK HERE ... DONT FORGET TO PRESS THANKS

after using the file , not solve my problem then i use "repair box" option on updater software . Now "Licence 5 not active" is my problem. why this happen?

What's the solution?

The HWK module is genuine, bought the GSM Server.
please help me!

1st install HWK_Support_Suite_Setup_v02.10.000 then remove this from control planet then install HWK_Support_Suite_Setup_v02.02.000 ur problem solve 100%

Befor Deaktivate Firewall/Antivirus
