UFS3 Box error - GSM-Forum

DCTxBB5 Tools v 2.2.0.3 HWK by Sarasoft .

when i try to connect box with computer it giving error

"Unexpected Exception : Box_Auth_Error 20"

i have uninstall the whole program and have reinstall the sarasoft but still facing this problem...

This Error have xxxxxxxx Answers, for Old Story

Error 20/32 is Old Story,and found Sulotion in Sticky and Searsch Button in another 10.000 Threads

Error 20/32 is Box Firmware problem,and can fix with REQ to fbi File

Alright i just click on that link and i did what was written on that post , till now my box is ok but sarasoft support is disable . i need help once again..
