ufs3 dct4 flash files - GSM-Forum

I bought new ufs3 recently the flash files of dct3 goes directly to wintesla but the problem i am facing is that dct4 files when opened they dont go to phoenix application,even thought phoenix is installedthe following error is showing;
the phoenix application cannot be found on the pc it is strongly recommended that phoenixis installed before this data pacakage do u wish to proceed with this is installation anyway y/no if we say yes the file is loaded in phoenix folder but when we flash dct4 phone the following error pop up
cannot open file c:\programmefile\nokia\phoenix\flash the system cannot find the file specified
when contact to the vendor he told to upload old version but the problem remain same tied this procedure in 3 computer but the problem is same ,even i formatted the c drive and freshly installed the ufs3 but with no positive results. what is wrong the software or the procedure of installation pl
help me

find your flash file folder you setup and copy it to c:\programmefile\nokia\phoenix\flash...

Just try to install everything again, ufs, phoenix then flash files.

u mentioned all were repated in 3 computers but the result was same
