Hi,
i have 5 pcs Moto C200,1 pcs Moto C300.
Sw MotoAcer not reading info,not unlocking,not flashing.

Error:Cannot detect mobile brand,please select manualy.

Help me.

I have exactly da same prob., with ufs3 only T190/1 unlocks ok.
All latest updates have been done & still no luck

Old trick: remove frontal housing and re-plug connector.

or try to push a little hard the connector into the phone and click info... sure trick will work...

I have exact same Prblm.
can not do any thing on c200 with my UFS-3Box
the box works well on the other models (T190 .191,C300)

your phone must be on for Unlocking etc.

forget to press the PWR On guys??
after that, it says " wait for 5 times beep.....", (very looooong.....)

yeah !
for c300 u have to wait for 5 beep over
but C200 .... "can not detect mobile Brand pls. select manually" even I've tried to remove the Front cover
My Solution at last is Laptool48
