ufsx detected as usb-serial port - GSM-Forum

my hwk is detected as the usb serial port when i connected to it this problem cames after i m going set up it again after i format the computer

plz help me urgent what can i do for it

Install a fresh copy of Windows.
then 1st install your UFSHWK device and all drivers and setups.

did you try it with other usb port ? otherwise go to divise maneger uninstaal drivers then install it again then upgrade it in divese maneger with cd of ufsx drivers . plz post result

change PC to BOX usb cable/check box usb port/resold and change FTDI Chip which is present in BOX if u cannot change or chip not avialble than contact the reseller

Use the "Mprog" and rewrite 93C46 EEPROM the UFS then go all
