please try not to use Hotmail Accounts ...because the mails from UFS go straight into your Junk mail and it is very easy to delete it by mistake ....within 10 minutes i will check and tell you what the status of your account is

This is very strange ??? Where are your resellers ???
Are they sleeping? If you have bought original UFS boxes then it is the duty of your reseller to follow up with the UFS team .At least thats what i do .Please contact your resellers .
