so in other words, because my reseller don't want to help me i'm stuck with a rubbish box with no way of getting it to work, well i don't think i'll be recommending the Saras boxes to anyone anytime soon, i'll tell them they're better off getting a Griffin, even without the Samsung Support, i've never had a single problem with mine!

but to work with box with serial 5xxxx you must download soft for box UFS3 with serial 5xxxx it work perfectly the soft is in www.ufsxsupport.com but you must register before download ..........soft

so what do those of us with the Box auth error:32 do when the reseller isn't any help?, my box is a silver one with the serial 1****.

Sorry we cant do that. We only support our customers at the moment. It cost money to ship back to UFS3 team so if you buy from us, we will absorb that cost and help you.

in error "Unexpected Exception: BOX_AUTH_ERROR:32" u need to do firmware upgrade of the box, req/fbi process,, no need to replace the box, already this is discussed many times but still people ask without doing search.

This req/fbi process already told many times to be done by resellers coz who knows(except producers) if the user have a clone or orignal box, BTW pm me your box serial number with the reseller name.

i've tried the req/fbi process with my reseller b4 they gave up it always came up with an error, i am registered on UFSX.com so my box is not a clone, i have asked UFSX for help and they just respond "contact Reseller", My reseller has contacted them and got no response, so now he's given up.

i am left with a box that only half works and no support.

simply download update for box with serial 5xxxx that is in the support aria for ufsxsupport that is whrited for box with serial 5xxxx and your box will work

just download UFS_Maintenance_v20 it will solve all u r prblems... nothing to worry... u dont need anything more ..just this tool will solve u r all prblm... i have this one....u can search it on google with same excet this words - UFS_Maintenance_v20 this is 100 % working tested with many boxes... any further help u need just post it here.. i will guide u ..
