I recently bought a UFS3 (although my computer says it is a UFS2) from www.unlockcellular.com.

I have still no access to official support area. Some of my friends, who bought it at the same time, have the same problem.

On top of that, yesterday I discovered that I was supposed to get some CDs with software. I did not get ANYTHING. Not a single piece of software or firmware. I only managed to download some oldish versions of the programs, from unlockcellular support site. No firmwares, though.

That way this box is pretty crippled.

Please help. Thank you.

have you registered as you should:

Fill in all details and you get a email when it is activated.

Mine was within 48 hours

Of course I did register, I am not a complete idiot!

Problem was, I suppose, "strange" characters I had chosen for my password.

All has been solved thanks to Sams and ufsxsupport.com.
