update box got me trouble please help saras team

Dear saras team

i did wanted to update my ufsx box then by mistake or not i did follow the instruction file i had include in cd when i bought the box.

in there explain how do update the box with fbi. file and send it to resaler and resaler will provide you the file back with update.

which i did same and sent the file to resaler {aboveconection.com}

it is already about 2 month i am still waiting for that fbi update file
but it seams even the resaller dose have not clue about it and saying that just instal the latest version.

i did all that but no chance to rub the nokia section

now! the samsung and other part of box working fine but the Dctx (nokia software) not working and what ever i did cant operate it

please let me know what i have to do.
