which username & password I got from reseller, that is not working. I did email to my reseller & he is contacting me....I try to register at www.ufsxsupport.com but they didn't give me any reply.

I have user password, but it will not let me in, say need vaild user password but it works on the other pc I have just not this one, whats up with that?
