GRundig g600i from movistar spain

i got this phone like a week ago form an uncle liiving in spain.

the thing is that it says "nck blocked, contact service provider"(in spanish)

i went to a local unlocking service place (lima - peru)

the guy told me that the y ocudln't do it since it's blocked.

I did some research and i found out Easy unlocker box can do direct unlock
can anyone confirm that or does it only shows the nck number so u can type in the phone?
i've serached the fourm but found some old posts.
i just wanna know if it's posible and if it is, do you know a place in peru where i can get it done?

Easy Unlocker Box unlocks this phone 1000% it shows nck code and also direct unlock the phone. You have to find an unlock service that owns that box.
