this is tested by me

remember backup ur data if needed

steps

press vol down & up key at the same time press on key

keep pressing till android man with yellow triangular mark image reflect on the screen

press home key

handset will show some of the OPTION

with the vol down or up u can move to ur OPTION so u need to move

wipe data/ factory reset

with the help of back key on touch screen u will enter in factory reset mode

again with the help of vol & up down key
come down to yes delete all user data

again press back key on touch screen

and all is down within few seconds

last steps press reboot option with pressing back key again & finish
