For pass gmail account or user code on u8230 huawei:

Power off phone. Press end call and menu without release, power on phone. Choose wipe and factory reset and reboot phone, enjoy.

The solution above is soft reset; For hard reset phone must be off, hold call End + Menu key and Push Power buton then chose wip factory...

to hard reset huawei 8230 hold end call button and menu button and while you are holding them a single click on power button dont keep pressing on it just hit it once and release it and keep holdin end and menu buttons a huawei logo will Appears Wait until the lcd goes black then release buttons click on wipe data/factory reset line , here it is your phone is wiped , the trick is to release the end and menu button when huawei logo went off at the first time and the lcd goes black thats it
