How I may enable 3G on VIVO X3t, Y17, Y11 etc

How I may enable 3G on VIVO X3t, Y17, Y11 etc

Various AEG, Bosch/Dancall, Toshiba, Vitel, Maxon, Sendo .... and any other Phone which can't find any serving section for it......
