My friend gave it to me cuz she couldnt unlock it. Its totaly New [from 2006 thoue]
It shows me, after I put the SIM in, that its "Not registerd" and "No Network".
How can I register it? what Do I need to do to make it work?!

here are the things written in the back:
IMEI: and the numbers...
S/N: CH00416311
Rated: 3.7V=350mA
and thats It.

Example : CPU type? chip flash type? and pinout
