INQ CHAT Q1-200H User Code .. Help Needed - GSM-Forum

When I turn On the Phone it asking phone User Password.

Customer don't know the password.

I know DC Unlocker and FG can Unlock This Model .. But I need to remove User Code .

Any one have any idea who to do that ????

just return the phone to customer .

Huawei reset user password
1. Turn on the phone and when prompted to enter password enter 1234
2. Press END key twice quickly at the password error screen.
3. Press the dial pad icon.
4. Enter *1673492846 then press the down key on the Dpad
5. Select menu option 8, 1, 1

I'm INQ Q1-200H with this security code or User code, even without sim card calls this code and I can not access the device settings. I put in the USB cable it does not install drives COM port and Modem is only in storage mode, however I can not unlock this device because not detect as COM port and Modem.
