He said that after he forgot his pattern, he tried to reset the phone. After this moment the phone is FRP locked. The problem is that he is not the person that created the Google profile that was associated with the phone, but the salesman in the shop created a random profile for him. Now the phone is locked and can't be used. I did a fast search for a easy way to unlock it, but there is no info for this model. He bought the phone from China via a his acquaintance in a repair shop. So, I created this topic in hope that someone here can help me to unlock this phone
