looking for Toshiba 904t 5/2006 unlocker in the Philippines - GSM-Forum

Can someone please direct me to a phone unlocker in the Philippines who can unlock Vodafone Japan Toshiba 904t version 5/2006. Is this even possible?. I've been looking through this forum and I've found out that:

1. 904t version 6/2006 and later still can't be unlocked but they are already working on this.

2. Earlier versions of 904t can be unlocked.

3. with 904t version 5/2006 however there seems to be some confusion some say it can be unlocked with ease but I've yet to see a definite confirmation of this.

I've been to the regular places here in the philippines but I find that the people I talk to tend to know even less about this issue than I do. So i figured I'd ask the experts here.
