nec DB2000 problem

hello
i have 13 pieces of nec db2000 wrong unlocked by eeprom and displayed Return to service centre code:003.

i have tryed to put working eeprom in to the phone problem unsuccefull

I don't have tryed to flash it because i haven't make the cable ye

Is flashing solution must solve my prolem??

any solution to solve this problem? any help will be very apprecied

You must upload good couple flash+married eeprom for the phone to work.

yes but how to download the flash of a working phone?
do u have couple of flash + eeprom ok ?

I have them, but I think you must program flash on an external flash programmer !

after unlock eeprom-need turn on with sim card or no?
i turn on with out sim and enter #7320*12345678#,send button-phone say emergency call only and write Return to service centre code:003

try THIS soft

Just put the phone ON with sim card who the phone is locked, and press *4960*00000000*00000000# + send button (green) Now the phone write u if the lock is opened or closed.
after that, put OFF the phone (with the OFF button not by removing battery) , and desold eeprom, use u're programmer to read it save it in u're hard disk (bin format).
Patch it with the soft it create you a file named U.bin.
program u're eeprom with U.bin

Resold the patched eeprom, put the same sim card and the phone will write u to the factory reset and search the network don't worry it never found it yet
Now put #4960*00000000# + send button (green)
the phone will write u the simlock is open, now power OFF it and reboot it with any sim card, the phone is full unlocked.
This is the only one solution to full unlock u're phone cable solution coas 3000US$ .

If u don't have the original sim card were the phone is locked, try to relock it with paderf soft for u're sim card and use this soft to full unlock it.

just put *4960*00000000*00000000# + send button before patch eeprom.
it must work, if u forget to make this before patching the eeprom it can not work!

OF COURSE AFTER EEPROM PATCHED AND RESOLDED PUT THE SAME SIM CARD AND ENTER enter code #4960*00000000# + send button
