Need eproms for Bosch 909 Dual - GSM-Forum

Hi
I need eproms for bosch 909 dual to repair bat. charging.
I have tried all eproms that I found on net but no sucses,if someone can send me good eprom.

Probably it is a hardware fault - common Bosch problem.
