novatel merlin u530 radio off ?

Various AEG, Bosch/Dancall, Toshiba, Vitel, Maxon, Sendo .... and any other Phone which can't find any serving section for it......

I have a problem with my novatel marline, it changes firmware to him and when connecting to me with mobilink it says deactivated radio to me and it does not connect with any network as I can return to connect the radio ? thanks.
