Pantech Pg 3600 Year Reset Problem

Various AEG, Bosch/Dancall, Toshiba, Vitel, Maxon, Sendo .... and any other Phone which can't find any serving section for it......

It is showing year 1399 & if i am going to change d year i.e. it is showing me message that invalid year. I have infinity box in which i have a support for this model but only for sp lock. IN THIS PANTECH MODEL calender is also set to english & not to arabic, but still same. MASTER RESET ALSO DONE. NO RESULT. PLZ HELP. THANKS IN ADVANCE.
