Do not use the unlock code in pantech c120. That will just make it get stuck in engineer mode.

Hold down next to exit engineer mode. Just tell customer its a side effect of being unlocked works every time.

Try this: ok to get out of eng. mode press top right button and red phone button together. this will reset handset back to main screen *01763*3640# (*01763*ENG0#) --- Disable Engineer Mode.
