what unlocks the vk/vg/207? i have tried furious dongle ,but it wont unlock

Hi try with phone switched on without sim then press unlock

Check data cable, make sure you plug it firmly into the bottom of the phone (and not earpearce - common mistake), and that all contacts are clean

done all that. it unlocked the vk 207i but will not touch the vk/vg 207

i have vg107 when i put battery just blue light from the outside monitor and when i try to power on the phone blue light go white and blue again and phone no turn on and the main monitor nothing in it at all
any selution ?
