6310i and 7110 ! 1st Boot Error! Help

Hi at all,

I've 2 different problem during flash of one 6310i and an 7110:

1) With 6310i I've make full erase and then when I try to make full flash, procedure stop everytime at 2% of MCU writing ! "Process Failed"
I've try with Manual action and others solutions but this Error is the same!

2) With 7110 "Contat Service" I can't make full erase or full flash because everytime Twister says:
1st Boot Error UFS...
1st Boot Error...

Pls help me to resolve these problems! What I can do?

Thanks in advance!

Hi

Are you using 2 different cables for the phones ?

If you are not then atleast you might solve one of your problems..

6310i should be flashed using 6310 cable and 7110 should be flashed using 5110/6110 cable..

For 6310i look so the pins on the phone is not dirty, use 6310 cable and rub connector so you know you get good connection and try.

For 7110 do the same but use 6110/5110 cable for that one instead.

Hi,

I've resolve the problem with 7110 ! Same contacts of phone were not good!
Now all is ok, after full flash!

But about 6310i the problem is the same! When Twister Start Writing MCU at 2% there is an Error and flash procedure stop!

What I can do? Cable work fine! I'm sure!

Thanks again!
