|  after update hwk main s.suite not work hwk before lossn hwk 2.09 was working good but main s.suite 2.10. update client update and result see this how to repair this i cannot use 2.09 now  |

| uninstall the support and suit then re-install the support and update it the install the suit also remove the hwk from the board of the box and clean it the put again i wish it solve your problem |

| everyone read it carefully that lossn hwk is a clone box and it should be only update through lossn hwk support site. It can not be updated through hwk original server. So wait till hwksupport.org is online again and update it then with a clone ******* support server. Because i am also facing the same problem. |

| download update client (sp5) available at download.hwksupport.org. Use ur lossn hwk serial to enter this site and download it. Update the box through it your problem will be solved. |
