Odia, Raskal and Saras have allways said that if you want support you need to buy from the list of resellers at twisterflasher.com, if people are still stupid(Or ignorant) enough to buy from other dealer then i personally understand if they in the end might be a little frustrated and give people a "less than nice" answer..

If the guy bought the box from some guy that is not a reseller it is very likely that the guy is selling cloned boxes and if this box is cloned, why should they have any patience with him. If the box is the real deal but bought from someone that is not a certified reseller tehn he just ****ed up as he would probably have paid just as much for the box as if he bought it from an official business ...

Personally i think Raskal's answer was less than nice but you dont know how many of these questions he might encounter every day, and i bet that it will be a little tiresome in the end trying to sort out peoples boxes when they more than likely is trying to use a cloned product and the twisterflasher team know they have not made a penny from this *******r..

Well, we invest a lot of money, work and time in the twister project. I can not do this only myself alone. The solutions offered for free for the customers are solutions which we bought from other authors which are our friends, they was not for free. We did it to make Twister customers feel more happy.

Yes every day i find mails, where ppl begging for logs, activations, ftp support and others. I have to be STRAIGHT and to sort out the ones wich could have a clone box or using a ufs tornado. People which bought a clone they choose this way by themselfs, no one forced them to buy this clone, some others has been cheated by reseller saying it is original, and some was going only for the "cheapest" option....

You see, i can really not help this people, we have to spend our time for our customers and keep this people up to date and satisfied so good as possible, for others wich have "products from strange sources" i have in fact no time to do that. As i said, some of them are victims, some just parasites...

My explanations are some times hard, but i just try to say what is ******* me off in the most direct way.

please open your boxes, and make me 2 pictures, one of CFA6 and one of the Twister itself. Also say me what serial is written on CFA-6 pcb. Let's see, maybe i can help you.
