BR,

it can happen, but all will be ok if you select right phone model in combo box.
When you flash this WD2 phones leave "autodetect product" unchecked and select phone model manual.

BR,

Brand cannot be detected, if:
1. Phone is Dead
2. Phone is switched-off
3. Boot sequence not finished (WD2 phones)

So for WD2 phones, press at first "Restart" button,
this will do phone boot sequence in right way.
Or wait 10-20sec, after You see "NOKIA" on LCD
before do something with phone.

This not affect flashing procedure, but is very
important for "UI" functions.

Attempt to do some "Defaults" on not "full booted"
phone will cause "Contact Retailer" or Blinking LCD
problem for WD2 phones.
