Question Dead 6310i

Hi
A customer came to me with his Nokia 6310i. He was using it and suddenly it turned off by itself. Now the phone wont turn on and I cant do anything with Twister. I've tryed to flash it but the phone fails to boot up.

Any suggestions

Cable and terminal are working fine. Tested with another 6310i.

This is a picture of the error message.

@Murerlars

Have you tried unticking the "autodetect product" tab..

This does not allways work if phone is dead or has corrupted flash..

Just untick and manually select 6310i phone and press flash ..

There is no difference. Twister just try's to power up the phone but nothing happends. It cant power it up. I'm starting to think that this could be a hardware problem.

@All

And that if he does not have expensive equipment he cannot do what they tell him to do..
