Hi

What happen with support? Why it is very slow?? I have only 10-15kB

Always have 50 and upper kB/s

can somebody tell me if this support server has any problems to be used with IE6 on XP SP2 or with mozilla?

otherwise I probably have to contact my reseller to sort out why I can't download anything out of it

If you have a firewall .. turn it off before starting download.

As for speed I am also getting a lot slower download than usual.

I when i start download i have also 50kB. But few seconds later i have 15kB

But i test now and have 30-35kB. Perhaps the server was overloaded earlier.

I haven't got any firewall's

Well server can be overloaded there are a lot of memebers registered. We always keep doing our best for our support area, but we do not want restrict numbers of simultan logins in order to keep high speed download.

yes, I have the same problem yesterday.... the download speed was about 25K... but today morning jump to 110K
