HELLO,
Iam a bigginer i need some help regarding on how to install flash file to my pc whenever i tried to install flash file to my pc i get this massage-:THE MAJOR Realese your are usingis obsolete:RH-19PHONE DATA PACKAGE 6.00 MUST BE INSTALL FIRST.SETUP PROCESS WILL BE ABORTED. please help on how to istall files from support area to my pc. thanks

Looks like you are trying to instal minor data package v6.xx (upgrade), but have no major data package v6.00 installed yet (You have installed major data package below v 6.00).
Simply download RH-19 data package v6.00 and install it first (pay attention to '.00' digits in data package file name).
