HWK ERROR : 0010 how to solve this

Hi guys,

well got my self a friends Twister box whichhe hardly used n his HWK chip which he never updated...now wen i try to update the box i get the following error

how to solve this issue

Looks like your HWK module is Damage cant read its ID.
