Mine does not show "SELF DESTRUCT". It shows "Device not Attached". So I believe it is physically damaged and cannot communicate with software. So it is maybe completely dead, as good as it is not there..

you have 2 possibility:

1.) buy original HWK from www.sarasbox.com (the best choice)
2.) buy trial HWK from some one around you

of cause not working, because you write to your box patched firmware (using raask2), HWK Tools will work only with original (i mean not patched) firmware in yor box!!!
And only with HWK'eys fizically inserted and not emulated by wires.

1) Try to update drivers, disable all other soft (as antivirus, an so on)..
2) try to remove and then insert key back (may be bad connector)

me tested with my ufs rasz2 patched and 2 pin connected without HWK and it work !

i not sell trial hwk any more, this software was made not to make me sell more trial hwk, this software was made to support cheated ppl by Naresh Odia and Gobi, this ppl take moeny from original hwk customers, and never replaced damaged ones, they always said "self destructed" can not be repaired remote.
